From initial acquisition through deployment, active service, decommissioning, and final disposal or repurposing, EcoLogix provides a fully integrated, end-to-end solution that reduces cost, minimizes waste, ensures regulatory compliance, and maximizes the return on every asset.

Asset Warehousing & Management
Assets are securely stored in Tellerex’s nationwide network of strategically located facilities. With secure access controls, environmental protections, and 24/7 surveillance, our warehouses are designed for high-value financial equipment. Inventory levels are tracked in real-time, and clients benefit from centralized or regional storage based on their deployment and maintenance strategies.
Staging & Configuration
Every unit undergoes customized staging to ensure it’s ready for installation. This includes software imaging, configuration to client specifications, branding application, connectivity testing, and ADA compliance verification. Staging ensures equipment arrives on-site fully functional, reducing time-to-launch and service interruptions.
Logistics & Deployment
Leveraging our national logistics network, we coordinate the secure and efficient delivery of assets. This includes rigging support, site readiness coordination, and white-glove delivery services. Whether deploying hundreds of units or executing a phased rollout, EcoLogix ensures timely, reliable, and damage-free delivery.
Installation Services
Our certified installation teams handle everything from site surveys and electrical verification to final installation and testing. We ensure all compliance requirements are met, including ADA, security, and power/network readiness. Each installation is documented and supported by photographic evidence and completion checklists.
Refurbishment & Repair
Assets nearing the end of their frontline service are evaluated for refurbishment. Our detailed 8-phase refurbishment process includes module-level repairs, full paint and body restoration, upgraded technology integration, and rigorous QC. Refurbished units are returned to like-new condition—extending their useful life while lowering total cost of ownership.
Data Security & Sanitization
Tellerex is NAID AAA certified, ensuring that all data-bearing components are handled with the highest levels of security. We perform full data sanitization through degaussing, shredding, or crushing of HDDs, SSDs, USB drives, and EPPs. Each event is documented with serial-level tracking and Certificates of Destruction.
Asset Remarketing & Value Recovery
When equipment retains market value, we offer resale and remarketing services to help clients recover investment dollars. Refurbished equipment is sold through Tellerex’s broad network of resellers and financial institutions. Clients receive transparent reporting and revenue sharing as part of the remarketing process.
Asset Recycling & Environmental Stewardship
Assets deemed non-refurbishable are responsibly dismantled and recycled in accordance with EPA and state regulations. Materials such as metals, plastics, and electronics are sorted and processed to minimize landfill impact. Clients receive Certificates of Recycling to support ESG reporting and demonstrate environmental compliance.
